Terms of use & community standards
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Two Horizons website and app, run by the founder of Two Horizons, the Netherlands (contact: info@twohorizons.love). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are looking for a serious relationship and are not married or in a relationship, unless you are separated and honest about it.
- You may have only one account, and it is personal. You may not use it for anyone else.
- You have not been removed from Two Horizons before.
3. Community standards
Every member agrees to:
- Be yourself. Use your own name, real age and recent photos of yourself only. No fake profiles, no impersonation, no AI-generated photos.
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, discrimination or sexual content. A "no" or no reply is an answer.
- Never ask for money. Never ask another member for money, gift cards, crypto, loans or help with bills, visas or tickets, and never offer money for a relationship.
- No business. No advertising, selling, recruiting, marriage brokering or sending people to other services.
- Protect privacy. Don't share another member's photos, messages or personal details without their permission.
- Report problems. Use "Report or block" if something feels wrong.
4. Moderation
We review photos before other members can see them, and we look at every report. We may remove content, limit an account, or suspend or delete it if someone breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where possible we tell you why. You can contact us if you think we made a mistake.
5. Your content
Your photos and texts remain yours. You give us permission to store and show them to other members within Two Horizons, only for running the service. This permission ends when you delete them or your account. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that they show only you.
6. Memberships and prices
During the founding period Two Horizons is free, and no payments are taken. Paid plans (Premium and VIP) will open later. Before that we will publish the prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refund terms, and your right of withdrawal. You will always see these before you pay. Receiving and responding to introductions stays free for women.
7. Meeting safely
Compatibility scores are a starting point for a conversation, not a promise. We cannot check everything a member says, and we do not run criminal background checks. Take your time, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met. You are responsible for your own decisions and meetings.
8. Our liability
We do our best to keep Two Horizons safe and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or that you will find a partner. We are not responsible for the behaviour of members, inside or outside the app, except where the law says we are. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account & all data. Your profile, photos, matches and messages are then removed.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. For important changes we let you know in advance. Dutch law applies. If you live outside the Netherlands, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.

3. มาตรฐานชุมชน
สมาชิกทุกคนตกลงที่จะ:
- เป็นตัวของตัวเอง ใช้ชื่อจริง อายุจริง และรูปล่าสุดของตัวเองเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้โปรไฟล์ปลอม ห้ามแอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่น และห้ามใช้รูปที่สร้างด้วย AI
- ให้เกียรติผู้อื่น ห้ามคุกคาม ข่มขู่ แสดงความเกลียดชัง เลือกปฏิบัติ หรือส่งเนื้อหาทางเพศ การปฏิเสธหรือการไม่ตอบถือเป็นคำตอบ
- ไม่ขอเงินเด็ดขาด ห้ามขอเงิน บัตรของขวัญ คริปโต เงินกู้ หรือขอให้ช่วยจ่ายบิล ค่าวีซ่า หรือค่าตั๋วจากสมาชิกคนอื่น และห้ามเสนอเงินเพื่อแลกกับความสัมพันธ์
- ไม่ทำธุรกิจ ห้ามโฆษณา ขายของ ชักชวน เป็นนายหน้าจัดหาคู่แต่งงาน หรือพาคนไปใช้บริการอื่น
- เคารพความเป็นส่วนตัว ห้ามเผยแพร่รูปภาพ ข้อความ หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของสมาชิกคนอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- รายงานปัญหา ใช้ปุ่ม "รายงานหรือบล็อก" หากรู้สึกว่ามีอะไรไม่ถูกต้อง
4. การตรวจสอบเนื้อหา
เราตรวจสอบรูปภาพก่อนที่สมาชิกคนอื่นจะเห็น และพิจารณาทุกรายงาน เราอาจลบเนื้อหา จำกัดการใช้งาน หรือระงับหรือลบบัญชี หากมีผู้ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ ทำให้ผู้อื่นตกอยู่ในความเสี่ยง หรือเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด หากเป็นไปได้ เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้คุณทราบ หากคุณคิดว่าเราทำผิดพลาด คุณติดต่อเราได้
5. เนื้อหาของคุณ
รูปภาพและข้อความของคุณยังเป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้เราเก็บและแสดงให้สมาชิกคนอื่นใน Two Horizons เห็น เพื่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น การอนุญาตนี้สิ้นสุดเมื่อคุณลบเนื้อหาหรือบัญชีของคุณ คุณยืนยันว่ามีสิทธิ์อัปโหลดเนื้อหาเหล่านั้น และรูปภาพแสดงเฉพาะตัวคุณเอง
6. สมาชิกภาพและราคา

7. การพบกันอย่างปลอดภัย
คะแนนความเข้ากันได้เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการพูดคุย ไม่ใช่คำสัญญา เราไม่สามารถตรวจสอบทุกสิ่งที่สมาชิกบอกได้ และเราไม่ได้ตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรม ค่อย ๆ ทำความรู้จักกัน นัดพบในที่สาธารณะ บอกเพื่อนว่าคุณจะไปที่ไหน และอย่าส่งเงินให้คนที่คุณยังไม่เคยพบตัวจริง คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการตัดสินใจและการนัดพบของคุณเอง
8. ความรับผิดของเรา
เราพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้ Two Horizons ปลอดภัยและใช้งานได้ แต่เราไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดเลย หรือคุณจะได้พบคู่ เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อพฤติกรรมของสมาชิก ทั้งในและนอกแอป เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้ ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
9. การปิดบัญชี
คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ โปรไฟล์ → ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด โปรไฟล์ รูปภาพ แมตช์ และข้อความของคุณจะถูกลบ
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบล่วงหน้า ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายเนเธอร์แลนด์ หากคุณอาศัยอยู่นอกเนเธอร์แลนด์ คุณยังได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของประเทศของคุณ
